What Data do you collect?

Jet the Hawk R#8365 by default does NOT collect or store any data.

However if you use the setwchannel command, then the bot will collect your Server ID and Channel ID

Where is this Data stored and why is this data needed

This data is stored in a json file on our hosting provider, luckily, it is secure behind a username and password and is not shown to the public.

This data is needed to help the bot where to send the logs for your server to help welcome your members.

Who has access to this data

Only the Bot Developers has access to this data. The data is locked behind a username and password.

Other Privacy Notes

• Even when the bots has the Message Content intent, the bots will not log or store your messages. The Message Content intent is for being able to use the standard commands.
• WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES. We believe in privacy and we will keep it that way.

How do I remove my data or contact for Support/Concerns?.

In order to remove your data from the bot, you have to Join our Discord support server and contact one of the Developers. Sane thing goes if you need Support or have Concerns, please reach out to us in our discord server.
